This winged traveler hat grants a creature a +10 to their walking speed. The hat also has 5 charges which reset after a long rest. The charges can used to cast misty step (1 charge), fly (2 charges), or dimension door (3 charges).

As the messenger of the Olympian gods, Hermes had a need to be able to deliver his messages as fast as possible. He commissioned this winged traveler hat from Hepaestus which allowed him to travel or teleport between locations with a speed unequaled by mortals or gods.
