You select an unattended object weighing up to 10 pounds or person within 30ft. The bubble lasts for the duration or until you dismiss it as an action. The bubble vanishes if you cast this spell again.   If the target is a person you create a bubble around their head that allows them to breath safely. This protects them from effects that would harm them if breathed (poisonous gas, smoke inhalation, drowning, stench effects). The bubble disipates if the target is hit with an aoe effect.   If you select an unattended object it is captured in the bubble and floats 5ft in the air. If it is underwater it floats to the surface at a rate of 10ft per round and will remain on the surface. You can use a bonus action to move the bubble up to 30ft. If the bubble moves beyond 30ft from you it dissipates.
