If you are proficient with light armor, you may simultaneously equip this shield and hold a light weapon in a lone hand. You may also use versatile weapons as if you were using two hands. It takes 30 seconds to don/doff this shield.

Used by the Highlanders of the Great Wood and Capped Mountains, these versatile shields are a standard for ceremonial duels and the self warding of the commoners.
