Amulet of Nekarul's Wrath is a beautiful necklace fashioned from crude Nekarul blessed steel, fashioned into a skull symbol.  The chain are interlocked bones of small children, drenched in steel for hardening.   While you gain +4 bonus to Wisdom saves versus Undead Turning. If you resist successfully you gain +2D6 (necrotic) damage on your next successful attack.   Attunement: slay a child at Nekarul's altar
