This large, heavy, two-handed melee weapon has been adapted to fit the unique technological advancements of Veridia. The Hydrostatic Cleaver is a massive cybernetic blade that uses high-pressure water jets to cut through materials with incredible precision. The blade itself is lined with super-hardened alloys that channel the water for added cutting power. It can even be adjusted to handle various materials and resistance levels, making it incredibly versatile.



This large cleaver doesn't cut through flesh and bone so much as it erodes it away rapidly with an unyielding torrent of water. The Hydrostatic Cleaver leaves clean cuts and precise wounds, an unexpectedly sanitary weapon in a brutal world.



The Hydrostatic Cleaver is built with an advanced moisture condensation and filtration unit embedded within its handle. This technology draws in ambient atmospheric humidity and purifies it, maintaining a constant supply of water for the weapon's cutting stream. In extremely arid environments, the cleaver has a backup reservoir that the user can manually refill. It's a small reservoir, enough for a few crucial strikes, but it does need replenishing.
