Controlled Burst - Fire half a burst with a +5 bonus to hit as an attack

A popular open bolt design, the KDI Uziel was exported across Dunia before the Cataclysm and was a very ubiquitous design. Its magazine is located in the pistol grip. It is a very short design, well-suited for urban combat and close quarters fighting. Its main draw is the reliability and enhanced controllability.
