This amulet stores within it temporal energy placed ther by Avacyn, Redacted of Redacted. When wearing the amulet, its owner gains the following benefit.   Whenever the wearer dies, they are immediately reverted back in time to the point at which the made the decision that directly lead to their death. Upon using up its temporal energy, the amulet's amber glows with a bright warm light and shatters, and it becomes nothing more than a Holy Symbol of Avacyn, its power spent.
