The Tiara of Beguile is a slick and black tiara which is made from obsidian and has a big ruby embedded in it. The tiara is beautifully crafted and has small beautiful carved runes which are barely visible on it.

While wearing the Tiara of Beguile your Charisma score increases by 2, as does your maximum. You also gain a +5 bonus to Charisma (deception) checks.

Dominating Charm. You can cast Dominate Person once per long rest using your spell casting ability.

Domineering Through Charisma. A bard attuned to the tiara gains an additional use of their bardic inspiration. A sorcerer attuned to the tiara gains two additional sorcerer points. A warlock attuned to the tiara gains an additional spell slot.
