This arrow is rigged with a flintstone mechanism and a gunpowder container designed to spark and explode on impact.   When a blast arrow hits a target, roll a d20. If you roll 1 or 2, the trigger fails. If it works, all creatures within 5 ft of the arrow's point of impact must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or take 1d4 fire damage and 1d6 thunder damage on a fail.   If a blast arrow or the quiver it's in is set on fire, it detonates.   A weapon used to fire this ammunition has no Long Range. A blast arrow that detonates is destroyed.
