Aimed Shot: Fire one shot with a +5 bonus to hit as an attack before moving on your turn

Controlled Burst: Fire two shots with a +2 bonus to hit as an attack

Overpressured Shot: Using a bonus action, increase your next attack's AP rating to AP IV and add the pinning effect without the HP requirements, but fires only one shot, dealing 1d10 damage. This doubles the range of the pinning distance to 60 feet and the projectile's effective range goes up to 90 feet and 180 feet for long range. Crit fails while using this feature immediately cause the weapon to jam. An overpressured shot will alert enemies within 90 feet.

Pinning - If more than half the target's remaining HP damage is dealt in a single attack, the target is pinned to a vertical surface up to 30 feet away and takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet the target was pushed back. The creature must be medium or smaller for this effect to work. If no vertical surface is available, the target is pushed up to 30 feet away from you in a line. If pinned to a surface, the target will be unable to move until the start of your next turn.

Stealthy - Firing this weapon does not alert enemies that are outside of initiative or when you attack while hidden. After attacking, roll a Stealth check versus the target's Passive Perception.

The DC-4 is a Drakaan design, a heavily modified, oversized air-powered nailgun previously used as construction equipment. It launches 15x100mm tungsten-core metal stakes at a subsonic velocity, though relatively quietly when compared to a firearm or an arc weapon. The compressor uses an electrically-operated motor that has the option to charge with a handcrank, but is otherwise operated by an Aetherion power cell. The magazines on the DC-4 are relatively low capacity, but this is because of the overall bulk of the stakes.
