This druidic focus was crafted by a member of House Arlathil using a briar vine native to the Underdark. This type of focus was created to enable druids to pull foes into the waiting blades of their Sword Dancer allies. A druid gains the following benefits while holding this focus: When you cast the thorn whip cantrip, the spell's damage is 1d8. It increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8). Additionally, if you hit a creature that is Large or smaller, you can pull the target up to 20 feet closer to you.
