You are a natural when it comes to creating songs and tunes at a moment's notice. You gain proficiency in Performance and Persuasion.
When you make your Charisma (Performance) check, you can attempt to charm one non-hostile creature within 60ft of you who heard the performance. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your performance check or be charmed by you. If the target succeeds on its saving throw, the attempt has no effect on the target; otherwise, the effect lasts 1 hour, or until the target is attacked, takes any damage, or witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
