Fletcher's tools are for making, maintaining and improving arrows.

Fletcher's tools consist of a knife, a gouge, and a small saw.
Skills
Arcana, History. Your expertise lends you additional insight when you are examining bows or arrows.
Nature. Your knowledge of wooden objects gives you some added insight when you examine trees.

Special Use
Craft Arrows. During a short rest, you can craft up to five
arrows. During a long rest, you can craft up to twenty. You
must have enough raw materials on hand to produce them.
Repair Magic Arrows. As part of a long rest, after having used magical arrows, you may partially repair any magical arrows that you collected. When repaired the arrow's bonus is reduced by 1 and any additional damage dice are reduced 1. e.g. 2d6 Fire damage becomes 2d4 damage. 1d4 Fire damage becomes +1 fire damage.
Improve Mundane Arrows During a short rest you can spend time improving the aerodynamics of up to 5 arrows. During a long rest you can spend time improving the aerodynamics of 20 arrows. You may improve 20 arrows providing an additional +1 to hit.
