Thri‐kreen are so different from most other humanoid races, with such different social behaviors and body language, that you suffer disadvantage on any Charisma (Persuasion) and Wisdom (Insight) checks when dealing with non-arthropod creatures.
You do not sleep, and can gain the benefits of a long rest while performing light activity for the same time. You are immune to any magic that would put you to sleep.
