While you are attuned to this dagger, you gain a +2 bonus to Attack Rolls with this weapon.

Siphon Hope - Upon successful hit with this dagger, the target must succeed on a Con role against the wielder or 1/2 the damage taken will be held in the blade. Upon a failed roll, all damage is held within the blade. Target must succeed on a WIS saving throw to notice the attack when out of combat.

Servant's Duty - Wielder of this weapon is bound upon attunement and must provide 15hp plus 10 per level or suffer a permanent penalty of -2 hp permanently per lunar cycle. If the wielder successfully provides the required HP in the dagger, they can prepare an additional 1st-level spell slot, at level 4 this increases to a level 2 slot.

Vampiric Divinity - a willing creature cut with this weapon can provide 1d8 to the blade per long rest, these willing creatures also gain adv. on their next CON saving throw. A willing creature cannot drop below 1 HP as a result of this attack.

This dagger cannot be used on creatures that are not mortal.
