Sphynx are a feline race, who have adapted to the blistering heat by sheding their fur coat, thus they are hairless. Although the average height for an adult Sphynx is 5 and a half feet tall, their size can range drastically, with some gettin as small as 4 feet tall, and other as large as 8. Sphynx have the bone structure of cats, but are most always bipedal. Though they do not have fur, their skin has a large range of colors, most are typically shades of pink or grey, but its npt unheard of for some to have blue-gray or light purple skin, some even have a mix of colors and patterns that make them beautiful.
Most sphynx are typically seen in a higher light than most people, they are seen as elegant and beautiful, and often get praise from others. they are the only race of Desertlings that are seen as near equals to people from outside of the desert.
Many Sphynxs are either religious themselves, or seen as symbols of religion by others, because of this they are often treated with high respect by other religious beings.
Typical clothing for a sphynx includes long form robes, dresses, and multiple pieces of golden jewlery and piercings
