This medallion gives the holder one charge of "Stunning" when the image on the medallion is pointed to the target and the word "Stun" is uttered.   The target will then be stunned for ten minutes and be rendered unconscious. When they wake up, they will know that they have had magic used on them.   Once the charge is used, it cannot be used again until recharged by The Atithe Center, Department of Arcane.

A palm sized circular gold disk that is approximately a quarter of the inch thick. One one side, it is stamped "Property of The Atithe Center". On the other is an intricate design that rises in the center to create a three-dimensional piece.
