A Dead Man's eye is a jar containing preserving liquid and one single eye plucked from a dying man moments before his death. The purpose of the item is to see invisible spirits or hidden demons and devils; when near either of the two mentioned, the eye will begin to move, making quiet splashing sounds within the jar, thus alerting the user. The item will then glow with either a green color (indicating spirits), a pale blue color (indicating devils), or bright violet color (indicating demons). In order for the item to function, the user must draw blood from themselves and into the jar, connecting the two for 24 hours, until the blood has been devoured. This item can only be used by Monster Hunters.
