Creates 3 twisting bolts of magical obsidian energy that circle the magician while maintaining concentration for up to a minute before being launched and detonated by the magician against enemy targets. If used in rounds subsequent to their creation, require an action by the magician to launch. Each obsidian bolt splinters into 8 minor bolts, each minor bolt created by the Nemed Splinter Bolt spell must each be flung against a different target in each round. The main bolts may be flung in different directions, and each minor bolt flung against a target within 60" of the detonation point of the main Nemed Splinter Bolt. Any minor bolts that cannot be flung by the caster in the first round, can be used in subsequent rounds if the magician is able to maintain concentration. When launched against a target the magician makes a spell attack roll for each minor bolt separately and if successful deals 3d8 + proficiency bonus in force damage. When prepared and cast as a ritual, this spell deals a level of exhaustion.

At higher levels: For every spell slot higher than 10th level, spell creates an additional bolt.
