Creates 2 twisting bolts of bristling psychic energy that lash out against creature/s targeted by the magician. They may be launched against one target or against multiple targets. When launched against a target the magician makes a spell attack roll for each bolt separately and if successful deals 10d4 psychic damage. Additionally the target must make an DC intelligence savings throw or lose d4 intelligence. Loss of intelligence can be restored by a short rest, lesser restoration spell or higher, or more potent magic.

At higher levels: For every spell slot 2 levels higher than 7th level, this spell creates an additional bolt to a maximum of 4 bolts.
