Legendary Conjuration Requires Attunement

Attacks made by this weapon ignore any AC gained by Dexterity modifiers. The bolts fired from this arbalest travel through time instead of space instantley embedding themselves in the target with no chance to react or dodge. The bowstrings are the same, being pulled back instantly without need to reload granting the user a boon that would otherwise only be doable with the xbow expert feat.

A heavy crossbow with 2 separate drawstrings in an X formation. The strings have a light golden glow to them as well as any arrows loaded and fired from it. The weapon is crafted from the hair, hide, and other parts of a chronovore, as well as Ironwood, Mithral, and Adamantite.
