Khyber Crystal, +2

Wondrous Item

Rare Requires Attunement by a Siverain Requires Attunement

In some rare cases, such as when minerals crystallize in an area deeply infused with magic or where planar forces converge, certain crystal formations can act as a prism for the Flow. Such crystals are highly prized among Siverain, since they can be used to enhance or customize the properties of a Weaveblade.

To attune to a weave crystal, you press it into the handle of a melee weapon. The crystal fuses with the weapon and cannot be removed until your attunement to it ends. If that weapon is a Weaveblade, its blade color may change depending on the crystal used. The color of a blade affected by a weave crystal can be determined by consulting the Weave Crystal Color table.

When you fuse a weave crystal with a weapon, the weapon becomes magical if it is not already.

Though named for the Underdark of the world of Eberron, Khyber weave crystals can be found in deep caverns across the multiverse. Formed amidst intense concentrations of magic, these crystals serve as a powerful conduit for the Flow. While attuned to this weave crystal, you have a bonus of +2 to the spell attack rolls of your Flow Disciplines and to your Flow Save DC.

Also, when you roll Initiative while attuned to this crystal, you regain a number of expended Flow points based on the crystal’s rarity. This Khyber crystal restores 2 Flow points.
