Jokaero

Jokaero are a primate-like race that are regarded as tolerable xenos by Imperial Mandate. They have a fascination with technology, and are able to manipulate and upgrade it, although it is not fully understood how. Jokaero seem to possess a suboptimal intelligence for a sapient humanoid species, but are able to create technological marvels that parallels the Dark Age of Technology. Jokaero tend to be unpredictable when it comes to their affinity with technology, but due to their lackadaisical disposition and aversion to aggression, they have been tolerated as tech monkeys and a boon to those that they choose to work with.
