Description
This casteless dwarf bears the same brand as others, but he seems to wear it with dignity. His shield is battle scarred and his armor worn, yet he seems to take pride in this fact.
Ideals
Bears no ill will towards the traditions of the dwarves, even though they made him what he is now; casteless.
Bonds
He is part of the Dead Caste and shares a bond with Chrona Lightlink, his daughter.
Flaws
Refuses to admit defeat, even when he knows he's beat.
Stances. Zulft knows several stances which he uses in battle as bonus actions.
Actions
Multiattack. Zulft makes two attacks with his shortsword. (Three when in Dead Stance) Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6+4 slashing damage. (3d6+4 when in Onyx Stance) Dead Stance. Zulft switches stances, fighting with the determination of the Dead Caste. While in this stance he makes three attacks instead of two when using Multiattack. Iron Stance. Zulft switches stances, fighting with the will of the Iron Legionnaires. While in this stance he gains +1 AC. Stone Stance. Zulft switches stances, fighting with the resolve of the Stone Sentinels. While in this stance he has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. Guardian Stance. Zulft switches stances, fighting with the strength of the Crystal Guardians. While in this stance he gains increased healing based on his Constitution modifier (+4). Onyx Stance. Zulft switches stances, fighting with the single-mindedness of the Onyx Knights. While in this stance he deals 2 additional damage die when he hits with an attack.
