Hello, When I changed my travel plans, I asked the China Eastern Airlines Office in Tokyo about their ticket cancellation policies. Clear information about refund eligibility, including cancellation fees and deadlines, was given by the staff. They clarified that refunds are dependent upon the type of ticket, with non-refundable rates providing fewer choices. Although the procedure was simple, I thought the cancellation fees were a little high. More flexibility would have been nice, but overall the staff was helpful.
