An avid reader from an early age, I always aspired to one day write my own stories that I could share with the world. As I grew up I expanded my literary tastes and read everything from biographies to science fiction, but my heart always belonged to fantasy and horror. I attended university and got my B.A.H in English Literature, worked in many different fields, and have always dedicated my heart to one day becoming an Author.   In 2016 I came across a very unique online challenge called Nanowrimo, and in just 20 days managed to write the first draft of my story "Gloomtown" which is a diverse and magical world. When a sinister force is born from the darkness and threatens the lives of Gloomtowns citizens, residents band together and, despite all odds against them, fight against this evil to protect their home.   From this story was born a whole universe that I wanted to expand upon, and explore in more detail. So I came to World Anvil to put all the pieces of the puzzle together in one spot and to continue creating a world I love.
