Interests & Hobbies

I enjoy creating mixed-media digital illustrations and occasionally dabble in book covers, purely as a hobby. But I’m slowly finding my niche.

I love my puppies. I have a pack of three and they rule the house.

I’m also a perpetual organizer, with rarely any success. I make copious lists. I buy the multiple planners. Digital or pen and paper, the chaos remains—but what can you do when you live in a shoe?

Favorite Books

I know the great and powerful they say you should read what you write… but I actually try not to. It has a bad habit of bleeding into my work.

That said—I luv reading romance. My forever favourite genre is shifter romance (truly, I can never get enough). I’m also go weak for omegaverse, alien romance, speculative romance, and most flavors of dark romance.

I’m a series person at heart. I like settling in and staying awhile, but if I had to name a few favourites, they’d be Broken by the Horde King (Book 4) by Zoey Draven, Alpha Breeds (Book 1) by Milana Jacks, and A Kiss of Shadow (Book 1) by Laurell K. Hamilton.

Classics? Dune by Frank Herbert, Dracula by Bram Stoker, and Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. Dark, strange, and a little unhinged? Always a win.

Favorite Writers

Some of my favourite authors include Zoey Draven (Horde Kings and its spin off, Hordes of the Elthika—absolutely love both of these series!), Lora Leigh (Breeds), Milana Jacks (Alpha Horde), Lexi C. Foss (X Clan, V Clan...), Suzanne Wright (Phoenix and Mercury Pack), and Laurell K. Hamilton (Merry Gentry)... to name a few.

Favorite Games

I’ve tried to dabble in gaming. But I’m fairly convinced that I’m three-dimensionally challenged when it comes to moving things around a screen. So you can imagine how I struggle with 3D modelling.

Still—never say never. Stranger things have happened, and I do enjoy proving myself wrong from time to time.
