A militant organisation headed by Victor Watcher. Their focus is internal corruption in the Abundance Army, and weeding out any defiance within the general public. Not too much is known regarding their methods, other than the tendency for those 'outspoken' against the abundance regime to simply 'disappear'.

Victor Watcher is the undisputed leader of The ASC, and as such holds much power in the Abundance political sphere. Not too much is known about Colonel Victor Watcher, other than what he wants others to know about him.... being: he is opportunistic, direct, unflinching and at times Ruthless. He has an unquenchable curiosity and will do whatever he can to learn about anything he doesn't know.   He uses The ASC as his personal information network and since the organisation was first established, his leadership has never been challenged.

Talents are a specialised form of skillset available to those who serve in the military or armed forces. They allow soldiers to enhance any areas that they specialise in with cybernetic technology. Although very few scientists or technicians are capable of fitting soldiers with 'Talent' cybernetics, bio-engineer Scott Seeker (who invented the technology) works with the Abundance military solely to install 'talents' for high ranking soldier operatives.   There are six kinds of 'Talent' that soldiers can be enhanced with:   Science - Talent   Exploration - Talent   Charisma - Talent   Tech - Talent   Stealth - Talent   Lockpicking / Traps - Talent   Soldiers may use their accrued 'Talent' points to upgrade their proficiency in these areas, unlocking new skills and abilities for use in the world.

Sean is the senior cadet trainer at the Technomancer branch in the army - a specialised team of soldiers with lightning powers at their disposal. He is patient, encouraging, and has a tendency to stick up for the underdogs in society.   He is a highly skilled Technomancer himself, capable of pacifying multiple combatants at once with his lightning powers. Despite his power, Sean is very much against killing other humans and takes a sever dislike to anyone who needlessly kills other humans/ humanoids or who takes life in general for granted.   Sean will be escorting and assessing the current graduation cadets on their final test before they become fully fledged Technomancers. Although he doesn't say too much, he is very profound and saves his words for when they are necessary.

He is a well-seasoned soldier in the Abundance forces, serving as the Technomancer Cadet trainer and support officer. He is well-measured and precise in his actions and always thinks before he speaks. He wishes to bring about a shift in Abundant society and thus trains the new generation of Technomancers and soldiers, in the hopes that he he can be a catalyst for change.

An electrical explosion that occurs when Technomancers lose control of their electrical abilities. This most often occurs due to the Mancers' inexperience using their powers mixed with an excess of stored electricity from not using their abilities enough. Oftentimes the discharge itself is triggered by a sudden emotional outburst; the effects effects are often catastrophic.   The 'Discharge' has a 10 foot area of effect centered on the Mancer who discharged, and damages anyone in that radius with 1D10 x the casters current level, and leaves the caster unconscious but stable on 0 health.    Fumbling on a Technomancer ability roll will often trigger a discharge, requiring those within range to make an immediate dexterity check to avoid getting hit by the blast.   At any time a Technomancer may choose to discharge, but it will come at the cost of their own health and safety.

Young, handsome and privileged - Alan comes from a class of people in society who get exactly what they want and he isn't afraid to let you know. He is opinionated and overbearing and due to his callousness has not been successful as far in impressing his superiors that he is capable of becoming a fully fledged Technomancer. Alan in particular has a dislike of anyone from the 'Rogue' class, and has no time for anyone he deems 'unworthy' in his eyes.

Scott is a scientist working within the Abundance forces. His specialises in the area of bio-engineering and is known throughout Abundance for his research on gene mutation.   Although oft regarded as 'strange' to his peers and patients alike, Scott has good intentions and will go to the ends of the world in order help someone he cares for. Scott has set up a medical clinic in the slums where he continues his research, as well as offering health services for the downtrodden locals.

Extremely intelligent scientist who is the leading expert on gene therapy and bio-engineering in Abundance. He is a genuinely pleasant individual, but he is extremely eccentric to the point that others struggle to communicate with him. He supports those in the slums and lower levels by operating a health clinic which doubles as his research lab.

The Technomancer Abilities are skills innately available to Technomancers who have honed and perfected their electrical control through practice and persistence. Learning to master the flow of their electrical powers allows them to use specialised attacks against foes usually with considerable results (Particularly against those with Cybernetic enhancements).   Each level of training as a Technomancer grants them 1 Technomancy point to be distributed amongst a number of different abilities depending on what the Mancer intends to achieve with their powers.   All Mancers begin with the base Mancy ability 'Stunning Palm', and overtime will discover a number of abilities across the Technomancy-skill-tree   Base Ability: Stunning Palm - Stuns a creature you touch for one turn, and prevents them from acting until the end of their next turn. Target is dropped prone from the strike.   Stunning Slam (lvl 2 palm) - Strikes the ground allowing electricity to travel up 10 feet in any direction, stunning up to two enemies. Targets are dropped prone from the strike.   Stunning Pulse (lvl 3 Palm) - A wave of electricity pulses out from your body stunning everyone within 10 a foot radius of your position. Targets are dropped from the strike.   Base Ability: Electrify Armour or Weapon - Choose either your armour or your weapon to maintain an electrified state for 1 minute. Anything that comes in contact with your electrified equipment receives a D6 of lighting damage.   Base Ability: Electrical shell - Can create an electrical shield as a reaction to an enemy's attack. Adds +5 to your AC until the end of the attack.   Base Ability: Increase Charges - Allow the use of 1 more additional charge/ ability use per battle.   Increase Charges (lvl 2) - Allow the use of 2 more additional charges/ ability uses per battle   Complete Discharge (lvl 3 increase) - Can use the discharge ability without the negative repercussions of losing health and consciousness. Damages an area of 10 feet and costs three charges to use. Can only be used Once per long rest.
