Yobaris

Yobaris is located east of Ufrin and north of Main land Rakion. This nation was once part of the Menedynn Empire, then the Ansko Empire and is inhabited by Dragonborn and Human settlers loyal to none other than themselves. The region has since returned to its natural state of wilderness, its population devastated by a series of plagues that have shaped its history.

History

Early Inhabitants

The earliest inhabitants of Yobaris remain a mystery, but ancient steps carved into Likna'as, a mountain in the Frost Peaks, suggest an advanced civilization once thrived there. The first recorded settlers were the Frost Giant, who left ruins scattered across Yobaris. These Giants were believed to be obliterated by the Menedynn Empire sometime in 4,563 BB.

Early Human Settlers

In the 6^th century BB, Ufrin explorers ventured east, eventually reaching the Castrovin Sea. Here, they established settlements to tame the harsh environment.
In 401 BB, there was a success in uniting the Ufrin tribes of Yobaris into a single kingdom. At its height, the Yobarian Empire stretched to 'hold' most of the eastern Codquet Ice Fields until a fleet of the Old Ansko Empire, annhilated them.
