Ufrin

Ufrin is an island east to the main landmass of the Codquet Ice Fields.
Since it is cut off from most civilizations, Ufrin is a timeless land that follows the natural rhythms of the seasons rather than the strict measurements of years and dates. This adherence to the flow of nature, along with the simple, technology-free lifestyle of its inhabitants, has resulted in a history devoid of the political betrayals and upheavals found in other nations.

Geography

Ufrin lies in the far north of Rakion, pressed against the icy expanse of the Codquet Ice Fields. The land is dominated by unforgiving tundra and boreal forests, where massive beasts long extinct in other regions roam freely.

Ecosystem

The icy wilderness of Ufrin is home to vast herds of aurochs, bison, mastodons, and the mammoths. These titanic creatures coexist with predators such as saber-toothed tigers.
