Due to being a land rich in resources and potential, Kaelvorran is plagued by frequent revolts, deteriorating infernal influence, and a growing resistance movement led by the native populace. Amerosian control is tenuous, held together by devilish reinforcements, infernal mercenaries, and oppressive policies.

Kaelvorran is governed as a province under Amerosian rule. Its administration is led by Baroness Akraziel Velka, who enforces the laws of the Heptarchy with an iron fist. However, internal corruption and sabotage by rebel sympathizers weaken her authority.Settlements
