Davenmert is an important city in south of The White Lands of Bafigron. This city is reknown for its ability to have negotiations there, arbitrations, mediations as the city itself is under the constant effect of forgetfulness, only the writing there are subject to remembrance and those writing are only moved through special 'gatekeepers' which will pass the documents outside so they won't be tampered with.
Therefore, the city is important for many parties which do not want to have their secrets 'spilled out' and is constantly being rented out for many different diplomatic parties, thus becoming a hub of diplomats.
It is also worth mentioning that is city is 'known' for its debauchery and many other activities.
