Vintia's Ponderer Harbor District

the Ponderer Harbor District is located on the east side of Vintia, where the former Noble district was located. The harbor was formed 1208 AC after The Ponderer unleashed his magical powers to escape from the Grand Library's vaults, destroying a large portion of the city in the process.
