Office of the Arch Duke of Caeris

The Office and Residence of the Arch Duke of Caeris was the official residence and office of the Arch Duke of Caeris, who use the establishment to govern the city. Despite it's name, the office has not been used as a residence sine the late 11th century and now serve solely as an office.
