Mirthil of Erebas
While part of the noble family that rules Kar Dulehun, Mirthil is far enough removed that she hasn't had to focus on those kinds of duties. Instead, she has taken to a life of study. Primarily, this has been about alchemy and, at least on the surface, the focus has been on aiding the soldiers patrolling deep under the fort.

While wearing pretty clothes, she also usually avoids too expensive ones or ones that would be very difficult to mend. Her clothes might also include strategically placed pieces of armour. When she's expected to entertain guests or otherwise be more well dressed, she certainly has garments that live up to that as well.

Personal history
Having had a very protected childhood, Mirthil longed for adventure. She was mostly able to get this through reading. She became very talented with some forms of magic and as she grew up, she put that to use. When she met her husband, Grourim Erebas, he was still in training for the Kar Dulehun branch of the House Seelon Guard. He seemed like a lot of adventure on his own, especially since he was sometimes sent to patrol the edges of the Underdark.
Mirthil started studying the origins of the aberrations that live in the strange places underneath. By now, she's something of an expert and has developed several ways to deal with the Far Realm and the denizens connected to it. This also includes much about the First Breaking .
Education
As a member of the noble family, Mirthil grew up with a private tutor. But her knowledge soon outpaced them. Most of what she knows is either self-taught or stem from conversations with scholars.
Intellectual Characteristics
While she is very intelligent, Mirthil's greatest weakness is possibly her curiosity. More than once, her experiments have backfired. And at no point does she seem to have learned from that.
