Species

There are two primary groupings of intelligent species that compete for dominion over the planet — the aberati and geprati. For as long as anyone could remember, the two have been in a constant struggle against each other and much of the world has been defined by such conflicts. After the last great invasion of the aberati which ended with the explosion at Athe and the ascension of Hillen, the geprati ended up on top.   Now the humans, alchen, and panedur of Lethea hunt for scattered hives of their ancient enemies while the aberati in hiding recover their strength to retake the world that they consider theirs.
