The proprietor of Feyline Bend took the devastation of the Deadzone south of the forest and turned it into a rush of adrenaline and a lucrative business. Those who wished to bring their best carts, mounts, and wondrous vehicles could test their mettle.
Through the conduit of the Warlock, Eldritch abominations spread throughout the land, decimating areas that would become known as Deadzones and erasing peoples that had called this land home for millennia.
This land is considered the birthplace of the Elder Races and the one that has seen the most in terms of advancement in both social structure and magical ability due to a long history of activity.
The Deadzones are all that remains of the location where the Eldritch Horrors first entered into the world. Their power obliterated all that stood in their way as they entered into Isekai and attempted to undermine and destroy the world as it was known.
A rough circle of tents, worn with age and charred at the bottoms, signifies the center of what remains of the history of a lost civilization. Fires crackle within the circle, shadowing the faces of haggard Minotaurs, flickering as they tell stories.
Feyline Bend is an epicenter of danger and high speeds. People come to the edge of the Fairy King's Wood to test their mettle against the scorching flats of the Deadzones using whatever vehicles they can get their hands on, including Dinosaurs, flying carpets, enchanted carts, and so much more.
The Deadzones are known for their orange-colored sand and its burning, reaching temperatures at which no creature can survive easily. This causes few to even attempt to cross a short distance of these areas, choosing to circumvent it if at all possible.
Deep cracks web across the ground throughout areas of the Deadzones. Here, the power of the Eldritch Beings reached deep into the earth, creating scars that no amount of time will ever heal.
Once a lush and vibrant jungle that was home to the Minotaurs, the Mystic Jungle now stands as one of the Deadzones, an area essentially erased by the events of the Eldritch War.
