With a motto that translates into "We Take What We Must", there is no denying that Bosqinchi is a large thieves guild operating in Eshil. Primarily working on the east side of Nacheilchomòr between the towns of Limani and Matona, the members of this organisation lead by the Silver Whisperer dip their toes into a dangerous field of work.

We live for freedom, and for freely travelling the region! Sure, someone needs to fund all that, but we have the Silver Whisperer to help us get those funds without much fuss. And even when they are not around, we can still get our way.

To the members of Bosqinchi, it doesn't matter what it is they have to do to survive and pay the bills as long as they keep their freedom from greedy organisations, such as Illtresi or the Limani Supplies Dealer. They will disrupt trades by attacking Limani Supplies Merchants in remote areas, even when they have a squat of the Limani Supplier Security Services with them. The battles with the latter end up most of the time in favour of the merchant and not of the thieves. If they cannot get their way with their disruptions, the thieves shift their focus onto the small and more remote villages between the two big cities. After all, there is no way to protect everyone. Thieves, bandits, and vermin alike will pillage them for funds and possessions. However, it isn't always violent as the Silver Whisperer has a way to make the people give up their belongings voluntarily. Another one of their primary objectives is recruiting people for their cause. Especially the Silver Whisperer keeps busy with that the most, but all the members try to bring their fair share of "new meat" to the table. They will hang out at taverns or at public squares to see who would fit the thieving lifestyle. With members of their own vanishing at broad daylight, they are vigorously looking to bolstering their forces and strength. While the members of Bosqinchi are under the direct orders of the Silver Whisperer, there is an outside force at play that decides the majority of the current underground activities that are happening. The Silver Whisperer has struck a deal with Shogird Sehrgar. The disciple of Archmage Anvar allows the Silver Whisperer to use the disciple's ritual which allows them to flawlessy manipulate people with just their presence. In return, the Silver Whisperer provides the disciple with abled bodies for experimentation. What these experiments entail is unknown, even to the Silver Whisperer. However, they just care for their ability and not for what happens to the people. The weakest members of Bosqinchi are personally escorted by the Silver Whisperer to the edge of Theorston Thicket where another disciple under Shogird Sehrgar will take over to lead them to the Tower of Anvar.
