Tribes

A Character's Tribes are the subgroups they belong to.
Tribes are ethnic groupings drawn along lines of Provenance, Kind, and Banner, as well as many other circumstances. They are a distinct subset of experience and opinion within a higher average.
A Character belongs to many Tribes, and it is only by taking a step back and reviewing the Character as a whole that we can see their complete Ethnicity.
Within the Core RPG, your Tribe is a part of your Backstory which flavors your Character's experience with their Provenance, Kind, and Banner, and which modifies your starting Abilities or Mantra.

Choosing A Tribe

E.LITE does not have special mechanics for Tribes. Instead, use them as a guide for the distinct social groupings characters of your backstory.
