Kor-Tar is the founder of The Iron Sights. He resuscitated the tradition of Orders of Aspirants within the ValuSelu Pact and uses them as a way to perfect his art and to further the art of gunslinging.
He is a Monolith of Precision, Survival, and Martial Arts.
You'd expect someone a little more... nimble looking than Kor-Tar as the leader of the Iron Sights. But no, here he comes in big fuckoff armor, with big fuckoff guns, and big fuckoff boots to make your day a living hell.
No wall can stop him—because his boots are gravity boots he'll just walk up every goddamn wall.
I once watched him stand on a ceiling over some idiots and just snipe down for about three minutes straight before anyone thought to look up.

Kor-Tar can reload any of her weapons in the blink of an eye with impossible speed and grace.
Rounds explode on impact when Kor-Tar invokes this power. The bullets are charged with a burning, coruscating blue flame that whirls out from the point of impact with explosive force to wrap around its victim like a serpent and slither into their mouth.
Kor-Tar can aim at any target in the field regardless of blindness or line of sight.
