Zones

  Stage: The stage overlooking the main floor of the Blood Halls where the Elders or Prince would hear a presentation, conduct a calling or the focus of Kindred politics from the Heart.   Heart: The Heart is the step level immediately in front of the stage for presentation to or calling by the Elders or Prince. The Heart is considered active and the current focus of Kindred politics before the Court. To add an event to the Heart of the Court you must meet with the Seneschal of the Court. (Step Landing 4)   Floor: The Floor is between the Gallery and the Heart. The Floor is considered active and usually provides strong support to or solid opposition to the focus in the Heart. (Step Landing 3)   Gallery: The Gallery is the two step levels immediately inside the two main entrance doors. The Gallery is considered active and neutral for Kindred politics. (Step Landings 1 & 2)   Shadows: The Shadows are the areas to the far left and far right of the halls starting at the edge of the pillars back to the walls underneath the Balconies. The Shadows are for distant observation and considered inactive for vampire politics. It is considered a breach of court politics and damn rude to try and become involved in any active session.
  Balconies: The Balconies are located on the second floor overlooking the main floor. The Balconies are for distant observation and considered inactive for vampire politics. It is considered a breach of court politics and damn rude to try and become involved in any active session. In other halls it is not unknown for an excited Kindred to leap from a Balcony to an active zone. Balconies may be booked with the Harpy of the Court.
