Public Teleporter {Raven's Cross}

This teleporter sits in the courtyard of the old keep. In the old part of the city. When the castle for the lord was built this became a place for the homeless. When the teleporter was placed here those homeless got displaced again. There are guards here now that train and the keep has strong high walls with a portcullis as the main way out. There is a ramp outside of the area that is the teleporter, that leads down and out.
