Rules

1. Be kind to one another.
2. Don't contact a vendor for any reason other than intent to hire.
3. Do not ask for free work before hiring a vendor.
4. Don't offer free or drastically undercut services. We are here to uplift one another and make cool things, not compete.
5. Don't offer NSFW services here.
If you see someone violating these rules, please contact us on discord (Timepool#6961 Oneriwien #8825 melior64 #0128). 2 strikes leads to vendor removal, and clients added to our Client Blacklist.

Finding a Vendor

Signing up

For vendors, signing up is a simple process. It's important to note that we require vendors be members of the World Anvil Discord server before signing up with us.
1. You'll need to set up one of your worlds to include generic statblocks. (See image below).

2. Go to this sheet, and create a copy.
3. Edit and fill out your copy. Title it with your own name!

SUGGESTIONS:

• Taking payment upfront, or half before/half after, can save you from the grief of a dine-and-dashing client.
• Having a cancellation fee (an extra fee incurred upon the client cancelling your commission before it's done) can help ensure your time isn't wasted.
• Value your time! Look at how your comrades are pricing themselves— you deserve fair compensation! Think about your prices in terms of $/hr, material cost, research, practice, etc.

4. Copy the block's link and paste it, alongside your discord username so we can verify you are part of the World Anvil discord, in the comments below.
5. If you ever need to adjust your sheet, you can do so at any time by editing it! Please let us know if your services change so we can edit where your block appears.
We are run by volunteers, so if your block does not appear immediately please be patient! If there is an issue with your block we will let you know.

Finding a Vendor

To find a vendor, go to our homepage and navigate to the category you're looking for, find an artist you like, and contact them after reading their rules and prices.
