Collective Congress of Ancient Power
The Collective Congress of Ancient Power is the governing body of the Realm of Ancient Power. There are two tiers to this senate which was founded many eons ago. The first half of this body is The Guardians of Childhood/The Legendary Protectors of Childhood/The Rulers while the last half is made up of all Species Leaders.
The Rulers have gathered more who protect and preserve Ancient Power (often known as Magic to mortals).
This governing body remained whole. That is, until Magic dwindled to a point where only the Legendary Protectors of Childhood are left for the health and safety of the children.
Government System and Structure
How does it work? That’s asking the right question! First off, understanding the structure and how distinct it is from governments in the known universe of mortals/Mankind is crucial. The governing body are run out of the capitol-Ancient Earthly Magic Realm's Floating Headquarters. The Guardians of Childhood gather to discuss business in theirs. Each sit in their thrones encircling the Book of Mystic Prophecy. When the Congress convenes, the Rulers move to that room. Their thrones appear on the dais. Each Species Leader sits in front facing them in a semi-circle.Public Agenda
The Collective Congress of Ancient Earthly Power was created to keep the Magic, and therefore the Spirit of AEP, alive. It is the pure belief in the existence of a power or force and the creatures of that power which allows Magic to live and flourish. Children have the greatest amount of purity and innocence so often this comes from them. As you may remember from the beginning, all of this begins courtesy of the Human Collective Consciousness (HCC). Holiday Magic and Spirits are enchanted entities that also ties in with the HCC. This includes the AEP Spirit and Magic. Those who depend on the spirits, such as Santa Claus and other Guardians, use them as a way to energize the HCC for use each and every year. It also helps to keep Light and Life and Goodwill on Earth. This assembled body promotes international, and also inter-dimensional, cooperation and relations with Mankind. Earth’s Collective Congress is the last of those able to defend AEP. They are also the ones who preserve (although not the only ones) AEP and all Magic.Controlled Territories
The Congress only owns the floating HQ, and a few more more things. With EO 5775, they own everything until the species return.
