Leaders of Mystical Species
The leaders of Mystical Species of Ancient Power make up 1/2 of the entire Collective Congress of Ancient Power. They lead all the mystical world in the Earthly Realm of Ancient Power.
They lead until magic diminished so much that they had to leave. They left and haven’t been seen since.
The entire Congress survived for centuries.
Things slowly turned against magic. Not just the wars. But natural disasters, famine, plagues, advances in technology, religions, and belief in magic waning.
Before things really came to be choatic, The Guardians started making a plan. This plan, not yet named, began outlining the procedure for the mystical species and for magic when it would decline to a point before the point of no return.
It was spilled to the leaders. By accident. However, more issues with Humans/Mortals came to light.
The leaders, knowing what was happening and appreciating the plan, discussed it with the Guardians. Many moon passed.
It came to light as issues arose with Humans. Although the leaders hadn’t said anything, they appreciated the thought.
They had a session specifically to thank the Guardians and to formally make a plan that outlined everything so the Guardians could safely get the species to safet befo magic left completely. It would also outline that all locations were under the purview of the Guardians.
When it came to light, the whole Congress decieded to make a plan. That plan, Executive Order 5775, outlined everything so the Guardians could safely get the species to safety when magic lost.
Belief in magic waned to the point that those of magic were being hurt, killed, and dimininshing in number while hiding.
Humankind had grown past magic. It was time.
Nicholas and the Guardians opened portals for all species. They left. Until the world was better. But they did leave Earth/Gaea.
The Guardians do what is best for magic and for themselves. A body divided might be together again someday.
The leaders are not known by name. Only by title.
The first is The Fae Collective. Within this grouping of humanoid magical people, there. is a Grand Royal King and Queen. They attend meetings. But there are Elvin and Dwarvin Grand Lords and Ladies. They are seen as Dukes and Ducheesses of the Fae. The Merpeople are ruled by a King and Queen. The Fairies and Nymphs have no such people except for the Grand Royal King and Queen.
The Great Dragon and Wisest Unicorn are two sides of the same coin. Both beign the non-humanoid repesentatives for their sub-species.
His Royal Majesty, King of Pegasi and Alicorn, represents the flying horses. The Loyal and Most Guarded Griffiin comes next. After comes the Most Valuable of Protectors, The Hippogriff. Both of these are cousins to each other.
The Immortal Phoenix comes next.
Their Most Pure and Unified Majesties, The White Stag and Hind come last.
