The Deorum Pantheon

Brief Overview

This is a collective of deities that oversee some aspect of Eden, be it major or minor. Despite the fact many of the deities in this pantheon have contrasting alignments, they all share the goal of preserving general mortal populations, though their motives for this desire vary.

General Overview

The deities within the Deorum Pantheon have passed several laws, both natural and unnatural, in order to protect the mortals of their realms from divine intervention that would could endanger their lives directly. This grants many of these gods and goddesses favor with their mortals. However, despite the The Divine Accords the War of Gods still befell the Mortal realm due to the corruption of seven deities titled "lies," and a strange magical artifact that appeared in the Omniplane. The alterations resulting from that corruption cause an imbalance in their domains, which causes a butterfly effect across natural laws that allows them to manipulate them and cause discord.
Unfortunately, corruption is not easy to detect in deities. This means that locating which deities are the Lies is easier said than done.

The Unnamed God will occasionally join the divine commerce, however, no member of the Deorum Pantheon trusts him due to his continual denial of an honored position within the pantheon at their side.

Tension between Absolum and the Deorum Pantheon has been lingering for millennia and his Abyssal Order sees things no differently, choosing to desecrate idols and symbols of foreign deities as a testament to their unwavering faith to him, and their utmost disrespect towards them.
