This "agency" was founded 20 years ago when Dana had their first physical supernatural encounter. This is an encounter that Dana refuses to speak about. The first two members were Dana and their new friend Lex. The small group became an actual agency when Dana and Lex solved their first supernatural case 19 years ago. They have been solving cases since. Around 15 years ago Cinder joined the crew. They don't believe in the supernatural, but they enjoy reading about it and have a lot of information about everything. Being an information aficionado. Cel joined the team 10 years ago after the Agency solved a case for them. Their partner, Raika joined the team 5 years ago. They are a social media influencer and talk about the Agency often. While Cel believes in the supernatural, Raika is skeptical. Yenarian joined the team around three years ago. They are a friend of Cel and Raika's who works at one of food stalls up the road from where Cel works. They believe in the supernatural but don't think that Dana knows what they are talking about. Ash is an unofficial member that kind of joined around one year ago when he started working at the Police Box across the street from Dana's yarn store.
