After the unexpected death of his father, Yoann was ushered onto the throne at the young age of 13 years old - marking the dawn of The Second Age.   The Jolundrian Council guided his early rule for twelve years, up until his marriage to Yvette Sims. Yoann's reign lasted 31 years.
