Anka the Pirate
Summary
Anka the pirate is a legendary figure within the Tentotta region. He sails wherever he pleases and distributes illegal, stolen and rare treasures such as Suluca and Ihrrum.
He is rumoured to have a stealthy ship and loyal crew. The crew get a very generous share of his profits and loot, so they stay loyal and live a long life of luxury on the waves. Anka doesn't have to deal with traitors. There are none.
Legends say that Anka's ship is treasure itself, encrusted with gems not barnacles, and an anchor of solid gold. Other rumours say that he is the original owner of the famously expensive Mohrrim Encrusted Dagger, though nobody can trace the source of who created it and why.
Anka's hoard is not stashed in a single location, but many coves and troves across the isles of the world. His mark / sigil is an upside down anchor that looks like the letter A for his initial. His stashes bear this mark and his crew members have this icon tattooed upon their forearms. Sometimes this sigil will point to the direction of a safehouse, stash or target, but only the crew know how to read the signs Anka has left (or even where to look for them in the first place)!
Anka only has one eye but wears no identifyable eyepatch. He supposedly lost his eye in an epic battle with a giant sea beast, but every tale told of this event is completely different from the last. Many legendary achievements have been attributed to Anka even if it was not him.
