The Knotted Snake

Binder of the World, Enemy of the Giants

The Knotted Snake is visible in the constellations only on the solstices and equinoxes as a fine line down the center of the horizon, forming a divider between the Celestial Giants to the North and the South. In addition, the Knotted Snake is the reason for the yearly Tsunami's that originate from the Equator and batter the southern coast of Ithungsida. The Knotted Snake is the head of the Equatorial Ourobesis of gods, having ascended each of them after they were cast aside by the Celestial Giants to the point of bringing them into godhood.
